Corneal abrasion PLEASE HELP ME?

It depends on what caused the corneal damage. If it is simple trauma than it should heal in 36 to 48 hours. if you traumatise the cornea again too soon, then the new fragile cells will strip off, forming a new abrasion, which will again be painful.
