I have a red spot on my face how do I get it off and what can I do to treat it?

On the right side of my face I have a red spot on it. The spot doesn't hurt or nothing but I was wondering what I could do to make it go away quicker. I KNOW it's not a zit or a pimple it's more like a red abrasion of some sort it doesn't itch either. Is there anything I could do to make it go away and fast?
