Allergic to Maybelline lip stain?

Last night I bought Maybelline Color Sensation Lip Stain. I applied it last night, and nothing happened. Then I applied it this morning, and nothing happened then either. I applied it an hour ago, and suddenly my lips burned. I applied chap stick over my lips- thinking my lips were dry. A few minutes later, I felt a bump on my lip. Then I looked in the mirror and found another white bump, and an abrasion looking bump- a bump that looks like it's bleeding underneath it. I have no idea whats wrong. The first two times I applied it, my lips were fine. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
