HIV, Herpes, or something else?

does spermicidal condoms make it easier for a guy to get HIV if he isn't sure his partner is infected? i had a one night fling with a girl who i barely know and we had sex and i used two spermicidal condoms and checked both of them for leaks and there were no leaks. she also said she has nothing but has never been tested so she might not know herself is which is why im scared. ive been freaking out ever since cuz i read that the spermicide nonoxenol 9 irritates skin and makes the transmission of HIV easier. my skin has never been irritated from using it. i had no cuts or abrasions on my penis at all but still worried. its been about a month since the sexual encounter and i have been fine till i started thinking about being infected with HIV and herpes then i get this mild mild mild burning inside my penis like in the urethra after i started thinking about it again. i had also had the tingling like the very next day after the encounter and i went to go get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia but planned parenthood said if they didn't call me back it was negative and they never called me back so i assume its negative and after that it went away.I have no lesions or anything on my penis and i had a nurse at planned parenthood check me and she said everything looks fine and she is about 99 percent sure i don't have herpes. im still gonna get a igg specific test in june just to make sure because some people are asymptomatic. its been about 5 weeks and i have been fine with no lesions or anything that looks abnormal on my genitals. but i started thinking about the possibility of me being infected again and my penis started to tingle again and had a mild mild mild burn after urinating and mild mild itching around the genitals. i haven't been tested for HIV yet till Wednesday so im still worried about that and the possibility of herpes. i recently had blood work done a little after the encounter and my liver enzymes were really high like 436 AST and 206 ALT. my doctor referred me to a nephrologist and they checked my kidneys with an ultrasound which they said looked normal and he said i could have had an infection that passed to my kidneys because i was very sick two weeks earlier before the sexual encounter. i also had overworked my muscles the day i went for the blood and urine test so he said muscle toxins could have leaked into my kidneys and caused an infection. i have not had any antibiotics for anything. im going back to the doctors tomorrow but does anyone have any idea whats happening to me? i hardly drink for liver enzymes to be elevated so high. and i only had sex with the girl one time with protection. i feel fine overall except for my worrying about contracting something and the mild burn after urinating and mild itching. could i still have some kind of infection in my kidneys or liver? or some kind of STD they missed? im so worried i cant even relax or think straight. im deathly afraid of HIV and Herpes.
