I got HIT by a Car while crossing the street !!!!?

Ok so I had just got off the bus and as im walkin across the street a SUV came out of nowhere and hit me going at about 40 mph and ofcousre I didnt see this but the witnesses said I did like a double flip and they also said I blacked out for a few seconds. I was taking to the hospital where i had xrays , cat scan, mri and other test done. Where the final diagnosis was head contusion, abrasions, possible fracture - right wrist. this all happen in new jersey is there a chance i can get a lawsuit or any type of compensation for my pain n suffering ?
