Painless, swollen lymph nodes?

I've had a swollen lymph node on the left side in the groin area. I've also had one on the left side of my neck. The groin node stays fairly large.. the neck groin isn't as big. They're painless, too. I haven't had any colds, sore throats.. cuts, abrasions on my legs or anything. They've been there for about a month and a half to two months. I looked online and it seems like everything is going to lymphomas. I'm just scaring myself, I think. What could this be? I'm going to the doctor sometime next week, I know no one on the internet can diagnose me on this alone.. It just seems strange that these have popped up for no reason.
