Plecostomus got sucked into my filter tube!?

He is about a foot long and the little strainer came off. And then he got caught in the filter tube. I don't know how long he was caught until I came in the room. But he is now off and has a small circle abrasion. What should I do to treat it. Should I put some aquarium salt in? Or?
