Unknown penis abrasions that you did not know untill later after oral sex can you get HIV if they had it?

If you had minor penis tears on shaft which were not evident because there was no pain involved with it but noticed it after oral sex (possibly from her who knows) could you get HIV from the tears/small cuts you had or she made if they have it ?
