Could one get Hep C through a skin abrasion on a hand?

I was in contact with someone who had hepatitis C and I had a very small skin abrasion on my hand. We shook hands. It did not look like they had blood on their hands but they did further up their arm. I am curious of the likelihood of transmission ( I am guessing it is minimal but still am worried).
