Do i have something wrong with my cornea?

i notice whenever i take my contacts off i get red veins all over my eyes. im really scared that i might have Corneal neovascularization or abrasion. i've only been wearing contacts for about a year and i wear air optix. Should i just limit the time i wear my contacts? and please dont tell me to go see a doctor cause that really doesnt help
