How do I heal my torn vagina? (girls or doctors only please)?

I had sex a few days ago and it seems as my vagina was torn or scratched. I was tested for an STD and me and my partner are both clean. but I have an abrasion on my labia about an inch long and it is red and inflamed. the area that is scratched is right below my pee hole so when I pee my urine is getting ON the abrasion and it burns to the point where I cry. How can I heal such an abrasion?
