I'm an undergrad studying social work. Would it be okay to work then go to Grad SchooL? More details?

While you are young, do all the traveling and fun stuff! Life is to short to not be adventurous. If you are interested in teaching English in Korea, I say go for it!. I worked in between graduate school and undergrad because I did not want to end up with a lot of student loan debt, and I wanted to get more experience in the field. Your world experience will be a plus! You may want to look at just taking a break in between no longer than 4 years, that way you would still be motivated and the longer some people wait...the less likely they will be to go back to school.
