My horse has developed rain rot, a crooked nose, and a abrasion on his eye in the past week, why?!?

In the past week, my horse (5 year old, 16.3hh, OTTB, who I have owned sense december) has developed large patches of balding rain rot on his girth area, and one of his back legs. I have scrubbed it with antibacterial and it is helping a lot, but it keeps showing up in other places. I have also noticed that his nose looks a little crooked, and it was definatly not like that before, so I am kind of worried why that is like that? There is no abbrasions and it is not painful or swollen, just crooked. And on one of his eyes there is kind of a fingernail shaped abbrasion, I have NO idea how that got there, and noticed it today. He is really starting to worry me, what should I do???
