What's wrong with me!!?

Okay so I have these red streaks about an inch or less in length that run horizontally on my upper glutes and upper thighs..I realize that red streaks are an infection red flag but there's no obvious abrasion to pair with this...my lymph nodes seem to always be a bit swollen...for weeks at a time....and get bigger than big when I get a cold or something...could this be cellulitis? The streaks seem to have grown more in number...or could this be a harmless stretch mark. Oh and I'm a 17 y/o male weighing 170...
